When are you open?

We are open from Monday to Saturday. But, you will have to book an appointment for hair treatments on Monday and Saturday.

We work from 9 to 4 on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. And on Thursday you can get in touch with us from 11 to 7.

Do hair extensions hurt?

For the first 2-5 days after the extensions are done, there may be some pain. Of course, this differs from person to person. Because the extensions are a foreign thing in your hair, it may take a few nights to get used to the feeling. However, after they’ve loosened, they’re painless and don’t feel heavy at all!

Will it bother the stylist if I take a phone call or work on my laptop?

Working on a device such as a tablet, phone, or laptop may be beneficial for you and it’s not an issue at all.

It’s quite OK to answer the phone while the hairdresser is doing your hair if you’re waiting for an essential call. However, we would like to request that you restrict each conversation to only a few minutes, as the device itself might obstruct the stylist’s work. Please keep in mind that even if the phone is used with earbuds, it may still get in the way or be damaged accidentally.

How can I know the needs of my first appointment?

We recommend having a consultation before your first session if you are hesitant and want to review all of your options. Your stylist will assist you in determining the appropriate services for your hair type and texture during your consultation, and you can schedule a hair colour appointment after. If you have any queries or concerns, you can always contact our receptionist.

Is it possible for me to arrive early or late for my appointment?

Please arrive on time (we like 10 minutes early) on the day of your appointment to relax and enjoy your entire service. We will do everything we can to accommodate you if you are running late. Please note that if you are late, we may have to postpone your appointment.
